Pablo Alborán is a singer-songwriter born in Málaga in 1989 and one of the most prominent Spanish artists of the moment. Social networks served as a springboard for him to become known.

A precocious artist who began composing at the age of 12.

He discovered his vocation when he was just a child. In fact, at the age of 12 he composed his first songs. Amor de barrio and Desencuentro became the prelude to a career full of hits. When he performed in front of an audience in a restaurant in Malaga and posted his first videos on the Internet, he could not have imagined what fate had in store for him.

From YouTube to recording his first album

The millions of views on the channel he opened on the YouTube platform foreshadowed a successful career. But it was the song Solamente tú that won him the massive support of the Spanish and Latin American public.

Great figures of the song, such as Sergio Dalma, Diana Navarro and Kelly Rowland, supported him in his beginnings. Undoubtedly, this help was the key to her soon being able to record her first album.

Solamente Tu, Pablo Alborán's best calling card

This was presented in 2011 with his own name as the title. With it, he carried out his first tour of Spain and different Spanish-speaking countries. The second, En acústico, was released at the end of the same year.

His fame continued to grow, which led him to present Solamente tú at the Latin Grammy Awards together with Demi Lovato. The first awards were not long in coming. Among them, the Spanish Television Record of the Year. And, with them, so did the sales records.

From Tanto to Vértigo

A year after his first recordings, he presented Tanto. Once again, it was the best-selling album, while the concerts multiplied in the new tour he was preparing.

After it, came Terral (2014). Success was smiling on him again. Proof of this were the 80 concerts he gave over nine months in twenty different countries. Two years later, he released Tour Terral - Tres noches en Las Ventas, an album recorded live during that tour. It includes songs performed with other renowned singers, such as Alejandro Sanz.

In 2017 he released Prometo in both digital and physical formats. Alborán returned to social networks to share several of his latest compositions with his followers. They were quick to show their loyalty by buying thousands of copies and selling out his performances.

Vértigo (2020) was his next album. Again backed by his fans, its acceptance was comparable to that of the works that preceded it.

In addition, throughout these years, the singer-songwriter from Malaga has not stopped receiving nominations, such as the ten nominations for Latin Grammy Awards. Nor has there been a lack of awards. This is the case of Los 40 Principales, Odeon and even a Goya, among others.

La Cuarta Hoja was released in December 2022. Her sixth studio album included collaborations with María Becerra, Carín León, Ana Mena, Leo Rizzi, Aitana, and Álvaro de Luna.

His new album, KM0 (2025), will be released on November 7, 2025, and he will present it live on his Global Tour KM0, which will visit cities like Granada in June 2026.
