Ticketmaster Brand Guide

On this page you will find our logos in different formats, specifications of creatives needed for our different media and brand information for its correct use.

Ticketmaster logos

Our main colour is blue, use this as much as possible.
Make sure you leave enough space around the logo.
Do not change the colour or distort the logo.
If the logo is on an image or background that makes it difficult to be seen correctly, you can use a background frame in one of our main colours.

Prepare your event

The creatives we need to start selling and promoting the event are as below.

Please do not include any url/link or point of sale other than Ticketmaster. Please do not include prices either.

We need the below sizes as text-free as possible, although festival logos and/or artist name(s) are acceptable.

- 1440x450 pixeles in color, 72dpi & jpg
- 720x405 pixeles in color, 72dpi & jpg
- 368x207 pixeles in color, 72dpi & jpg
- 2426x1365 pixeles in color, 72dpi, jpg. Important! Follow these indications so that it adapts correctly during the whole purchasing process.

Social media

Please note that for these channels the use of videos is preferred, but we also need/use static images.
In these creatives you can include information about dates, venues and cities, and line-up in case of a festival or cycle.

- Instagram feed: 1080x1350 y 1080x1080 pixeles in color & mp4/jpg
- Instagram stories: 1080x1920 pixeles in color & mp4/jpg
- Facebook: 1200x628 pixeles in color & mp4/jpg
- Twitter: 1500x500 y 890x490 pixeles in color & mp4/jpg

Newsletter

We need the below sizes to be as text-free as possible, although festival logos and/or artist names are acceptable.

- 640x360 pixeles in color, 72dpi & jpg
- 600x150 pixeles in color, 72dpi & jpg
- 600x600 pixeles in color, 72dpi & jpg
- 305x225 pixeles in color, 72dpi & jpg

Extra images

We are very happy to have extra images such as live and/or book photos of the artist, images of festival venues and/or the fans.

No exact size is required, only that they are good quality and large images.
A minimum of 1080px is recommended.

User guidelines

Below you will find guidelines for the correct use of the Ticketmaster logo, our colours and any indications that we think may be useful.

Logos

Always use our logo with the copyright mark.

You can download our logo here

Leave space around the logo and make it no smaller than 12 pixels/3mm high.

Do not distort or redesign the logo.

Do not change the colour of the logo or use a different typeface to represent our brand.
