About

The Santander SMusic Festival, a new musical initiative, is coming to Madrid and will celebrate its first edition on June 27th. The festival bursts onto the calendar with the aim of becoming a must-see event on the summer circuit. An event born with the aim of establishing itself as one of the main events for Spanish-language music, focusing on pop, rock, indie, and urban music in Spanish.

In its first edition, the Santander SMusic Festival will feature a top-level lineup, made up of seven nationally and internationally renowned artists, distinguished by their musical diversity. The aim is to offer a varied and contemporary program that reflects the richness and diversity of the Spanish-speaking scene.

Maná, the iconic Mexican rock band, is positioned as the main attraction of the Santander SMusic Festival lineup, perfectly aligning with the event's musical offering. The group, led by Fher Olvera, will reconnect with the Madrid audience, with whom they maintain a very special relationship. Their well-established stage experience and impressive repertoire of world-famous anthems, such as "Labios Compartidos," "Vivir Sin Aire," and "Rayando el Sol," guarantee a unique and packed performance.

Sharing the front line of the lineup is Peso Pluma, one of the most relevant artists on the current urban scene. With an innovative style that fuses reggaeton and trap rhythms with his signature corridos tumbados, the Mexican artist presents one of the most original offerings on stage. Since 2022, his rise has been unstoppable, conquering stages around the world, including Madrid, where he will return on June 27th to deliver a performance that promises to be unforgettable.

This eclectic lineup couldn't be missing a group like Orishas, bringing their unmistakable brand of Cuban hip-hop with Afro-Latin influences. The Latin Grammy-winning band, a benchmark in urban music in the 2000s, made their mark with iconic albums like "A lo Cubano" (1999) and "Emigrante" (2002), which brought them to the international stage. With over two decades of experience and a live performance that has graced stages around the world, their performance promises to connect deeply with the Santander Smusic Festival audience, combining urban rhythms and meaningful lyrics.

Cupido will be one of the representatives of the national scene at Santander Smusic Festival with their characteristic indie-pop with urban nuances. The band, formed by Pimp Flaco and the musicians of Solo Astra, with songs like "La Canción Que Nunca Escribí" and "Karma," their lyrics about love and heartbreak have connected with a wide audience, accumulating millions of views on digital platforms.

Delaporte, the project formed by Sandra Delaporte and Sergio Salvi, will not miss their hometown audience. After several years of experience, innovating with every step they take, the duo always maintains an innovative live show. With a combination of pop music patterns with electronic rhythms, the duo makes each show unique, where the audience always plays a leading role.

The Argentine rock band Airbag, along with Amparanoia, a pioneer of fusion music in Spain, closes the lineup for the first edition of Santander Smusic Festival. These seven artists will be in charge of thrilling the audience on June 27th in Madrid.
