NOTE:   the passes must be collected from the box office of the venue up to one hour before the start of the performance. You must show the card with which you have made the purchase and the ID card of the holder.

Remember that the ServiCaixa terminals allow the use of cards issued by other entities.

In the venue itself

You can also print your tickets at the collection terminals ServiCaixa of the venue itself.
