Collect them in ServiCaixa terminals of "la Caixa"

They will be available to you having made the purchase and up to 24 hours before the start of the performance. After this time you must collect them from the theatre box office 

NOTE: In order to avoid last–minute waits, the theatre recommends you print the tickets in advance at any of the terminals available
