During the visit you must behave appropriately and show respect for the place, the other visitors and the staff.

Guided visit

The guided visits are available in Catalan, Spanish and English. 
To go on a guided visit you must turn up, once inside the site, at the meeting point and time selected. If you do not turn up at the time selected you will miss the guided visit, though you may remain within the site.
The length of the guided visit is 50 minutes.

Opening Times of the Basílica

October to March from 9 am to 6 pm.
April to September from 9 am to 8 pm.
25 and 26 December and 1 and 6 January from 9 am to 2 pm.

The organisation reserves the right to modify or limit the visitable spaces of the basilica for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or occasional events. This does not give the right to any discount or refund on the price of the ticket.

Available once the purchase has been made.

To use this method you will need a printer with paper and ink (it does not need to be colour).

 

This collection method is shown at the end of the purchasing process.

 

If you decide to print your tickets with this option, the other collection options will not be available.

Note:   For having bought your tickets through ServiCaixa you can enter the basilica by an exclusive entrance in C/ Sardenya.

 

Collect them in ServiCaixa terminals of "la Caixa"

You will have them available once the purchase has been made.


We recommend you collect your tickets  in advance.  

 

Locate here the offices that have terminals with ticket collection.

 

Remember that the ServiCaixa terminals allow the use of cards issued by other entities.

Exclusive Ticketmaster Access

    When buying your tickets for the Sagrada Familia in Ticketmaster you will be entitled to a direct access to the Basilica through an exclusive entrance door located on the Passion door in Sardenya Street.
    Do not queue for access to the Sagrada Familia and enjoy the visit!
    C/ Sardenya, between C/ Mallorca and C/ Provença (in front of the Passion Façade
    Metro: L2 and L5 (exit Plaça de la Sagrada Família)
     
      • Tickets with discount
        • Tickets for children under 10 years old are free but must be purchased at the same time as the adults ones. Childs must hold and access with their own tickets.
        • People with disabilities at or above the 65% + 1 companion have free admission.
        • Persons entitled to tickets with discount (pensioners, children, students and Youth Card holders) must certify their condition to access the monument.
