Purchase Policy

VERSION: 2009 - JUNE

Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. As an authorised ticket agent, Tick Tack Ticket sells tickets on behalf of the Promoter that organizes the event and therefore the Promoter is responsible for aspects such as visibility conditions, convenience, acoustics, accessibility...

2. Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned. The impossibility of attending an event or a mistake when purchasing your tickets are not valid reasons for refund. TickTackTicket will only cancel tickets and refund their value when it has express instructions from the Promoter to do so, and this usually happens in the event of cancellations, rescheduled events, changes of venue...

3. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or any other compensation.

4. It is the user\'s responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, TickTackTicket will use reasonable endeavours inform ticket holders as soon as it is aware of the cancellation/change by posting information on its website, after receiving the pertinent authorization from the Event Partner.

5. This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the venue and the Promoter of the event. Full details are available at the venue box office. Breach of any of these rules and regulations or any other unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, harm or injury shall entitle the venue or Promoter to eject you from the venue.

6. The company will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

7. Ticket sale is subject to the venue or Promoter\'s right to alter or modify the programme due to special events or circumstances without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

8. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and the customer's own food and drink may also be prohibited.

9. The venue, Event Promoter and Tick Tack Ticket accept no responsibility for any personal property.

10. The ticket holder only has a right to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket; the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.

11. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

12. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events, a restriction may apply per household. In the event of purchasing tickets violating such rule if it exists, the company reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased exceeding this number without prior notice.

13. Neither the venue, the Event Promoter, nor Tick Tack Ticket shall have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased plus the relevant per ticket booking fee.

14. All these terms and conditions are governed by Spanish Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with Tick Tack Ticket are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

15. If any of the aforementioned clauses is invalid or against Law, it will be considered as not included, all the others remaining valid and with full effectiveness for both parts.
