Printing tickets at home is the most comfortable and advanced method of buying tickets. It is as simple as having the box office in your home: your computer is the box office, Ticketmaster is the ticket clerk and your printer is the machine that prints the ticket.

Remember that when you enter the venue you may be asked for identification (ID card or passport). If your identification does not correspond to the client who made the purchase, you will not be given the ticket.

Notice: This feature is only available in venues marked with the corresponding icon.

Information step by step

  1. You have completed your ticket purchase

  2. Print your tickets from the page in which your purchase reference is shown. There is also the possibility of printing your tickets later on by means of My Ticketmaster.
If you do not find your purchase click here.

  3. Go to the entrance of the venue where your tickets will be validated with an access control scanner.

Remember that when you enter the venue you may be asked for identification (ID card or passport).

To solve any problems, here are some questions and answers:

What happens if, while I am printing my ticket, the ink or toner runs out?
Always try to check the ink cartridge or toner of the printer before printing the tickets. In any case, you always have the option of going to a Ticketmaster sales point or the box office and giving your purchase reference number. Your tickets will be printed without further problem.

Do I have to print the ticket at the moment of purchasing it on-line?
It is not necessary as we always keep a record of it. You can print it whenever you want, checking My Ticketmaster.

What happens if the bar code is folded or wrinkled?
Try to avoid it, but in any case, the ticket has the code in two different places, making it difficult to fold both. You should take care of your ticket as you would with a traditional one.

And finally: "Can I make a fortune copying as many tickets as I like?"
Unfortunately not. Only the first ticket is valid and under no circumstances would anyone later attempting to use the same ticket be allowed to enter.
