Ticketmaster offers the option to collect your tickets at any of our Ticket Centres.
Note: This service is only available for those events indicated.
Information step by step

You have completed your ticket purchase.
Keep the sales reference number (we suggest that you print it).

Go to any of our Tickets Centres (up to 72 hours before the show-not including holidays and weekends)
Note: These time limits are subject to last-minute changes for reasons beyond Ticketmaster control.

Show your ID card or passport, the credit card used for the purchase and the reference number.
If someone different from the holder of the card used for payment is going to pick up the tickets, the following documents will be mandatory: the purchase reference number, a copy of the ID or passport of the purchaser, a copy of the card used for payment and a letter of authorization signed by the holder of the card.
