Postal delivery of tickets

Buy your tickets online and we will ship them to you by post.

Note: This service is only available for events indicated.

Information step by step

  1. Buy your tickets online and be sure you write your correct shipping address and phone number.

    Please note that post office boxes are not allowed.

  2. Finish your purchase. Remember the reference number (better print it).

    We remind you that if you have any queries you can consult the status of your purchase in "My Ticketmaster".

  3. Ticketmaster will send the tickets to you within 3 days (excluding Saturdays and holidays where the tickets will be sent).

  4. Check your shipment status at the UPS website (www.ups.com).

    Enter your tracking number (or the reference number of your purchase) and you will see the details of your shipment. We will try to deliver to the specified address. If it is not possible, a notice will be left at the address asking you to contact UPS.

    Call 90888820 and make sure you have the tracking number we gave you (the reference of your purchase). Arrange a new date to get your tickets delivered. UPS will try to deliver up to three times before returning the goods to the sender. In this case, you can get your tickets at the box office in the place where the event takes place (1 hour before it begins).

  5. You have your tickets!
