For security reasons and in order to avoid fraud, Ticketmaster is not authorized to duplicate a lost ticket.
It will only be possible to duplicate a ticket if the original ticket is returned to Ticketmaster or any of its Ticketmaster centres, depending on the degree of deterioration and only in those cases in which the ticket is identifiable.
