For the moment, home delivery of tickets is not available after the purchase reference number is generated..
Remember you can pick up your tickets in any of our ticket centres (until 72 hours* before the show excluding weekends and bank holidays) or at the box office (from 1 hour* before doors open). In order to collect your tickets you have to show your purchase reference number, the credit card used for payment and the ID or passport of the holder.
*Note: These time limits are subject to last-minute changes for reasons beyond Ticketmaster control.
If the person who collects the tickets is different from the holder of the credit card, (s)he needs to hand in (both in Ticketmaster centres and at the venue):
- the purchase reference number
- a photocopy of the ID or passport of the person who collects the tickets
- a sheet containing the following information:
- a photocopy of the credit card used for payment
- a photocopy of the passport or ID card of the holder
- a letter of authorization signed by the credit card holder
