Tick Tack Ticket Events

The purchasing process is made up of four different steps:

  1. First, you must introduce the type and amount of tickets you want to purchase, as well as the e-mail address and user password you have chosen when registering.

  2. Then, you must introduce your credit card details (ID or passport number, name and surname of the holder, credit card number and expiry date).

  3. The system shows the tickets that are going to be purchased together with all the data introduced so that you can check if everything is correct and it gives an option to complete the purchase and another one to cancel it.

  4. If the purchase is completed successfully, there appears a confirmation screen with the purchase reference number and the collection instructions and a confirmation e-mail is sent to the address used when registering.
