Cancelled and rescheduled events

All information regarding cancelled and rescheduled events is available in our Cancellations and changes section.

1)If an event is cancelled, the ticket purchaser is entitled to a refund of the value of the ticket within 15 days of the event's official cancellation date. No refunds will be accepted after this deadline.

The value of tickets purchased by means of our website or by phone will be automatically paid back to the account to which it was charged in 3 to 15 working days' time.

The refund of tickets purchased in Ticketmaster centres must be processed in the same ticket centre in which they were purchased.

2) If an event is rescheduled or changes venue, the organizer reserves the right to authorize or not refunds. When they are authorized, it will be the promoter himself who confirms and communicates the deadline.

In order to get a refund, if tickets have been handled they must be return in an authorized ticket centre; if you have not picked up your tickets, simply send an email to central@ticketmaster.es including your purchase reference number. The value of the tickets will be refunded into your card account.
