Ticketmaster offers you the possibility of collecting your tickets at the venues box office.
These time limits are subject to last-minute changes for reasons beyond Ticketmaster control.
Information step by step

You have completed your ticket purchase. Keep the sales reference number (we suggest that you print it).

Ticketmaster facilitates the possibility of collecting tickets at the box office of the venue (from 1 hour* before the show in small venues and from 2 hours* before in big venues and stadiums).

Show your ID card or passport, the credit card used for the purchase and the reference number.
If someone different from the holder of the card used for payment is going to pick up the tickets, the following documents will be mandatory: the purchase reference number, a copy of the ID or passport of the purchaser, a copy of the card used for payment and a letter of authorization signed by the holder of the card.
